Re'cemment ,vous et vos amis dans l'organisation " Reporteurs Sans Frontie`re", vous avez re'ellement glorifie' le professeur Nguyen Dinh Huy en mettant son nom au de'but de la liste de dix e'crivains et journalistes dans le monde entier qui sont encore emprisonne's dans les prisons des re'gimes totalitaires.Vous avez aussi re'serve' pour lui une place honorable dans l'album des prisonniers de conscience et a` l'Exposition en Suisse. A travers ces activite's, vous avez re'veille' profonde'ment l'opinion mondiale a` son e'gard.
Cher Monsieur,
Le Prof. Huy a bien me'rite' votre attention et votre intervention aupre`s du gouvernement de Hanoi pour le mettre en liberte' apre`s 26 ans dans les geo^les et camps de concentration communistes au Vietnam depuis 1975. Il a voulu mettre en pratique les ide'aux grandioses de Montesquieu, de Voltaire, et de J.J.Rousseau dans l'e'tablissement d'un re'gime de'mocratique au Vietnam ,apre`s une guerre fratricide de plus de 30 ans. Il a ve'cu les souffrances douloureuses de ses compatriotes dans cette guerre civile qui a cause' la mort de plus de cinq millions de personnes de deux co^te's.C'est pourquoi, maintenant, il a de'cide' courageusement de commencer une lutte non-violente, au sein me^me de la cage communiste , pour l'e'tablissement d'un re'gime dans lequel les droits de l'homme et les liberte's de'mocratiques du peuple vie^namien ont e'te' vraiment les ide'aux tole'rants de Bouddha, de Mahatma Gandhi, et de Martin Luther King . Comme nous tous, il ne voudrait pas mettre de nouveau sa patrie bien aime'e dans le chaos et dans le bain sanglant d'une autre guerre civile.
Nous, en tant que membres de l' Alliance pour la De'mocratie au Vietnam (LMDCVN), vivant dans le monde entier , nous avons fait tous nos efforts pour mettre le Prof. Huy en liberte' en me^me temps que supporter le " Mouvement pour l' Unite' et la Construction de la De'mocratie " au Vietnam dont il a e'te' le president. Nous le conside'rons comme le he'ros Mandela de l'Afrique du Sud, un prisonnier de conscience avec plus d'un quart de sie`cle incarce're' dans les prisons de son propre pays.

Dear Sir,
Recently, you and your friends in the " Reporters without Borders "
organization, have truly glorified Professor Nguyen Dinh Huy in putting
his name on top of the list of ten writers and journalists in the whole
world who still are incarcerated in the prisons of the totalitarian
regimes.
You also have reserved for him an honorable place in the album of the
prisoners of conscience and at the Exposition in Switzerland. Through those
activities, you have forcefully alarmed the world opinion of his status.
Professor Huy well deserves your attention and intervention to the Hanoi
government to set him free. He already spent 26 years of his life in
the Communists controlled government of Viet Nam prisons and concentration
camps. He wanted to put in practice those grandiose ideas of Montesqieu,
Voltaire and Jean Jacques Rousseau, in establishing a democratic regime
in Viet Nam, after more than 30 years of fratricide war among the
Vietnamese
people. He lived a tortured life watching more than 5 millions of his
compatriots died in this atrocious war on both side of the fences.
It was the main reason why Professor Huy has courageously led a Non-Violent
Struggle, inside the communist cage, for the formation of a regime, in
which human rights and democratic freedom for the Vietnamese people are
really the ideas of tolerance taught by Buddha and followed by
Mahadma Ghandhi, Martin Luther King. Like all of us, Professor Huy
never wanted to see his beloved country fall again in chaos and in
another blood bath of civil war.
We, as participant members of the Alliance for Democracy in Viet Nam,
living abroad in the free world, have put all our efforts to free
Professor Huy, in the meantime, we strongly support the " Movement
to Unite People and Build Democracy in Viet Nam " whose he is the Leader.
We consider him as the heroic Nelson Mendala from South Africa, a prisoner
of conscience incarcerated for more than a quarter of century in
the prisons of his own country.
Dear Sir,
Please accept a big " Thank you " from my part and from all my friends
in the entire world. We wish you good luck and great success in your noble
fight for " Freedom " and " Democracy "

Trong những ngày gần đây, ông và cac bạn đồng nghiệp của ông trong
Tổ Chức Phóng Viên Không Biên Giới đã thực sự vinh danh Giáo Sư Nguyen Đình Huy
qua viêc nêu tên ông nầy đứng đầu trong bản danh sách các nhà văn và ký giả
trên khắp thế giới hiện còn bị giam cầm tại các nuớc thuộc chế độ độ tài. Quý
ông cũng đã dành cho G.S Huy một chổ đứng danh dự trong quyển sách hình các tù
nhân luơng tâm và cac bích chuơng tại cuộc triển lảm ỏ Thụy Sĩ. Qua cac họat
động vừa nêu, quý ông đã đánh thức luơng tâm thế giới về G.S Huy một cách sâu
sắc.
Thưa Ông ,
G.S Huy rất xứng đáng với sự quan tâm và về sự can thiệp cuả quý ông với
nhà cầm quyền Hànội nhằm trả tự do cho ông nầy , sau 26 năm bị giam cầm trong
cac ngục tù và trại lao động khổ sai Cộng Sản ,từ năm 1975 đến naỵ GS Huy muốn
đem thực hiện cac lý tuởng vĩ đại của cac triết gia Pháp như
Montesquieụ,Voltaire và J.J Rousseau vào việc cố gắng thiết lập chế độ dân chủ
tại Vietnam, sau cuộc chiến tranh huynh đệ tuơng tàn kéo dài hơn 30 năm. G.S Huy
đã sống và chia xẻ các nổi đau khổ của đồng bào ông trong cuộc nội chiến đã gây
thương vong cho 5 triệu người ở hai phía. Vì thế cho nên , giờ đây, GS Huy lại
bắt đầu một cuộc đấu tranh bất bạo động, ngay trong sào huyệt Cộng sản, để
thiết lập một chế độ trong đó quyền làm nguời và cac quyền tự do dân chủ, vốn là
cac lý tuởng ôn hòa của Đức Phật , thanh Gandhi và T.S Martin Luther King ,đựơc
thực sự ap dụng cho toàn dân Vietnam. Như tất cả chúng ta cùng chia xẻ, GS. Huy
cũng không muốn đưa quê huơng thân yêu Vietnam mình vào cảnh hổn lọan và đẩm máu
của một cuộc nội chiến khác.
Chúng tôi, với tư cách là đòan viên của tổ chức Liên minh Dân Chủ
Vietnam trên khắp thế giới, chúng tôi đã cố gắng làm mọi cách để đem lại tự do
cho GS. Huy, đồng thời ủng hộ Phong Trào Đoàn Kết và Xây Dựng Dân Chủ tại
Vietnam mà GS. Huy là Chủ tịch. Chúng tôi tôn kính GS. Huy như một vị anh hùng ,sánh
ngang với Chủ tịch Nelson Mandela của Nam Phi Châu, một tù nhân luơng tâm đã
trải qua hơn phần tư thế kỷ trong ngục tù tại ngay trên quê huơng mình.
Thưa Ông ,
Chúng tôi kính xin qúy ông nhận nơi đây lòng thanh kính biết ơn của
riêng tôi ,cũng như của tòan thể cac chiến hữu của tôi trên khắp năm châu. Chúng
tôi xin cầu chúc quý ông đuợc nhiều may mắn và thành công lớn trong cuộc đấu
tranh cho Tự Do và Dân Chủ.
